Lonnie Norman Dedication

Lonnie Norman was formerly a mayor of Manchester. He was a devout Democrat and a wonderful human being. In 1991, he became the city’s first, and only black mayor. He died of Covid-19. We are dedicating a tree and a bench in his honor.
